1.      Will my order be confirmed before it goes into production?

Yes, once your order is placed, our team will reach out to you to revalidate your order details, including your selected pair, shoe size, and shipping address.

This step helps us ensure that all information is accurate before your order moves into production.

We strongly recommend that you provide the correct shoe size and details at the time of placing your order to ensure a seamless experience and accurate processing.

2.      How long does it take to prepare my order?

At BanyTom, every pair is thoughtfully handcrafted to order, reflecting refined craftsmanship and attention to detail.

To uphold our quality standards, we require 10–12 business days from the date of order to carefully create and prepare your pair for dispatch.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped and tracking details will be shared with you.

3.      Do you offer shipping within India?

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping across India.

After dispatch, your order is typically delivered within 6–7 business days, depending on your location.

4.      Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once dispatched, international deliveries are expected within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note:

  •   International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  •  Any custom duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the   destination country must be borne by the customer. BanyTom will not be   responsible for these additional charges.

5.      How will my order be shipped and tracked?

All orders are dispatched from our unit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, through our trusted logistics partners.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp for your convenience.

6.      What if my location is not serviceable?

If your delivery address falls outside the serviceable network of our logistics partners, our team will reach out to you and make every effort to arrange an alternative delivery solution to make your pair reach you. 

7.      Can I cancel my order?

As each BanyTom pair is made-to-order, processing begins shortly after an order is placed.

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the production stage, cancellations may not be possible.

8.      What if I enter an incorrect address?

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

BanyTom will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

9.      What if there is a delay in delivery?

While we strive to adhere to the timelines mentioned, deliveries may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or regulatory processes.

In such cases, our team will keep you informed with timely updates.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We take great care to ensure that every pair reaches you in perfect condition.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

Our team may request images for assessment. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During festive periods, public holidays, or peak seasons, order processing and delivery timelines may be slightly extended due to increased demand and logistical constraints.
