We invite you to review the policies below for detailed guidance on exchanges, refunds, customer orders.
We offer seamless exchange experience, thoughtfully designed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are only available under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product received
- Size-related issues
- Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
- A product unboxing video is mandatory to initiate an exchange request.
- Once approved, your replacement item will be delivered within 7–10 working days.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The company will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item.
Please Note: Online purchases are eligible for exchange only. Cash refunds are not available except under specific circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy below.
Refund Policy
Cash refunds are processed only under specific circumstances:
- If we are unable to process your order due to operational constraints, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
- If we are unable to fulfill a custom style or requested modification as per your specifications, a refund will be processed accordingly.
Once the refund is approved, our team will reach out to you to securely collect your bank details. Refunds are typically initiated within 7 working days following successful verification.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return request, please email us at sales@banytom.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Product images & unboxing video
- Original purchase receipt
- Reason for return
Our customer care team will respond within 48 hours after reviewing your request. If approved, Exchange/Return will be processed as per the policy guidelines mentioned above.
Custom Orders
We take pride in creating personalized footwear tailored to your preferences.
- Customization requests (e.g., heel height adjustments) are available for an additional fee, which varies based on the modification.
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless a manufacturing defect is verified and approved by our team.
Order Receipt Copy
A copy of your online order receipt is included with your package. It may be placed inside the parcel or attached behind the shipping label on the exterior.
If you are unable to locate your receipt, you may request a new copy by emailing us at sales@banytom.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and will share the receipt within 48 hours.
Exchange Process
We’ve made our exchange process simple and seamless. Just follow the steps below to initiate an exchange for your BanyTom purchase:

Please mention your Order ID and the reason for exchange in your message.
Step 2: Share Details
Our customer care team will get in touch to understand the issue and request relevant details such as product images & Videos, invoice, and the reason for exchange. This helps us serve you better.
Step 3: Await Confirmation
After reviewing your request, we will send a confirmation message to proceed. Only after receiving this confirmation should you ship the product back to us.
📦 Important: While most pin codes are eligible for both forward and reverse shipping, some may not be reverse serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to use an alternate courier service to send the item back.
Step 4: Product Inspection
Once we receive your product, our team will inspect it to ensure it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Step 5: Exchange
Upon successful inspection, your exchange request will be processed.
Faulty Items
In the rare event that the shoes delivered to you are damaged or do not match your order, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. You can contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9910890747 or email us at sales@banytom.com. Kindly include your Order ID and share an unboxing video showcasing the shoes along with the original packaging. To support your claim, please also provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, and your new pair will be dispatched within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by emailing at sales@banytom.com on the same day the order is placed.
- For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
Please note that once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
