Step 1 – Send us Exchange Request through Mail id sales@banytom.com and Chargeble pickups are only available in Serviceable Pincodes.

 • Size Issues are not applicable for Refunds and Exchange 

• Exchange charges are Min 200₹ Each Pair

• Refunds are Processed after Delivery & Processing Charges Deductions (Min 300₹ Each Pair)

• Personal Dislikes are not applicable for refunds

• Rough Use are not Applicable for Returns

 

Step 2 – After Thorough Inspection , If the team ( BanyTom Shoes) finds the issue as genuine Return or refund will be processed.

Step 3 – Refunds are processed within 15-25 days

General Terms

If You need a Tight Fit then you need to order a One Size Low of Formal Shoes .

All Exchange requests must be received within 2 days of delivery . All exchange must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note only product with manufacturing defect can be accepted for return and also  used / washed products or products without original packaging will not be eligible for exchange. Any Refunds approved by us would be given in the form of Discount Codes/Bank Transfer of equal value which can be used on the site for future purchases. All the disputes are subjected to only Goods once sold can be exchanged only as per company’s policies.
